Welcome to Criminal History Clearing Center
If you have been arrested and the charges were dropped or adjudication was withheld, then you may be eligible to have your RECORD CLEARED.
Unfortunately, there may come a time in your life when you are accused of running afoul of the law. In Florida, depending on the outcome of the case and your criminal history, you may be eligible to get the single arrest permanently removed from your record by having it sealed or expunged. This process must be initiated by YOU. Even if you won your case (dismissed, nolle-processed, not guilty) it is STILL up to you to clear it from the record. The State will NOT!
By sealing or expunging your record you’re giving yourself the opportunity to obtain gainful EMPLOYMENT and adequate housing.
With the Nation’s economy in such a downward spin and the unemployment rate at an all time record high, it is a no-brainer as to the importance of clearing one’s criminal record when applicable. The competition in the employment field is tough enough without having to admit to a criminal past. The effects of a criminal arrest are many. Not only will a criminal past affect your employment but it has a direct effect on:
- Admittance to public housing (Section 8, housing assistance programs)
- Credit
- Admission to college
- Volunteering at your child’s school
- Denial of State licenses and professional certificates
- Embarrassment of your family, friends or neighbors finding out in public records (Most people don’t know that since ‘911’ all juvenile records are permanently retained for public review. These must be sealed or expunged to remove them from public inspection).
The process is lengthy and tedious, with many restrictions. Anyone with a past conviction is NOT eligible. Criminal History Clearing Center Inc. will help facilitate the process, obtain the necessary documents, submit documents to their proper government agency and file the case for you. We charge an all inclusive fee of $400, ONLY after we confirm the process can be done! Please check the FAQ and Eligibility Criteria pages for any questions or concerns. Feel free to contact us via email at expungeit@aol.com or via phone at 954-638-2006. Confidentiality will be maintained at all times.
Thank you and good luck.
